I was impressed with Don's Custom Countertops, from the moment I walked in and met Kara. I had never done a kitchen remodel before and had a lot of questions. The team at Don's was patient, skilled, knowledgeable and they are also genuinely nice people. Dennis was my contact person and his skill-level and enthusiasm were truly impressive. It is easy to tell he really loves his job. His install team was top-tier: skilled, efficient, courteous, the kind of people you are happy to have working in your home. I was expecting a mess and a lot of dust, but these guys were vacuuming and sweeping as they went along throughout the day. I commented on this and one of the workers, said "we like to leave a place better than we found it." The finished product looks amazing. They managed to match up the grains in the quartz, the cabinet work was excellent and the appliance delivery people commented that the cutouts were perfect. Truly excellent company.

We had an absolutely 5 star experience from show room to installation. Don was the one who explained all of our countertop options and we learned a lot! Everyone that helped us through the entire process was very friendly and appointments were all on time. The template appointment is where you customize many details and that process needs an expert to help guide and advise you and we definitely had a 5 star expert doing our template. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job of cutting our quartz. Everything was a perfect fit. The two installers were on time, they were very patient and precise at leveling the cabinets before installing the quartz, they kept the work area neat and really cared about the entire installation process. You could tell that they liked their job and both said that Don has invested in good equipment which has helped make their installation process go much safer and smoother. I would highly recommend Don's for your quartz countertops. We had a great experience.

Don's team found solutions to every problem we faced in our complex kitchen design. They did what they said, arrived on time, communicated effectively, and completed the job on time.
