We had Don's add new granite countertops to our recently purchased home. We had initially got some estimates from some other companies who offered some alternative surface types that we thought would be less expensive. When I call Don's, they shared with me that they had some granite options that would not be that expensive. Don's Custom Countertops estimate came in 40% less then the other estimates which were for a lesser quality surface compared to actual granite from Don's. We also loved that on our second call when we gave them rough measurements, they were able to get us an approximate estimate within an hour or so. This was amazing, as it helped us get a ball park price to make our decision to clearly go with Don's Custom Countertops. There professional and friendly service from Kara, Haden, and Dennis were absolutely incredible! From the initial meeting at their showroom to the completed installation, which included putting down blankets over the carpet and flooring for protection to an absolutely beautiful final product. I can honestly say that our next countertop replacement project will be with Don's. No need to waste time shopping around with other companies. I have used Don's Custom Countertops on four different occasions. Obviously I like their workmanship and quality products. They provide well engineered and manufactured countertops that look great and fit perfectly. The personnel from estimating, template making and installing are very easy to work with and are very professional.

Haden and the team replaced my kitchen countertops. They did a great job both fabricating the granite and installing the finished countertops. They were very easy to work with, were very professional, and were on-time for both the measuring and the installation. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will definitely call them when I get started on my bathroom counters.

A shout out for Don’s Custom Countertops on the complete kitchen overhaul they did for us. We were particularly happy with Dennis and the design he came up with, which efficiently took our kitchen from a cramped 1 to 2 person space to a larger and much more inviting gathering space. This was our first holiday in the new kitchen, and the kitchen became the hub of activities with plenty of room for numerous cooks and for others just to sit and socialize. We have been in the new kitchen for several months now, and everything about the design feels natural, from the work triangle to the sizes and placement of the counter spaces to the flow through and around the kitchen. I needed to have new countertops installed in my kitchen and bathrooms, but didn't know where to start. We purchased quartz countertops from Don's in October 2021, Each and every person that we interacted with in the process was knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Including..... the woman in the office, the laser-measuring man and the installers. We couldn't be happier with our new countertops!

Overall, we are quite pleased with the work performed by this family owned business. Don and Dennis were very professional, the staff who cut the granite countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms did a precise job, but the shining stars were Troy and Eagle who did the actual installation. Troy and Eagle communicated with us very clearly and asked advice and permission when it was required. They were friendly, careful not to damage our home or the granite and unflappable during the installation even when there seemed like there was a bit of a problem in alignment. The only wrinkle was the demolition which left debris behind cabinets that should have been cleaned up better and possibly was the cause of some scratches on an outside table.
